My wife found at an estate sale, but it was missing parts.  So being a resourceful drummer of 45 yrs, I added heads, wires, Ludwig throw off, wires and a substitute tension rod and nut, for the holes where the muffler was.   Despite the rusties, blemishes & spottiness her, this Festival is all-together and 'cracks' nicely.  Its what I consider an affordable workhorse snare drum for any level of drumming, but must thin the herd.
Comes with old school Slingerland stand and Aristocrat case/bag as shown.
