Leedy & Ludwig 5.5x14" Broadway Snare Drum Gold Sparkle Vintage 1953

Description

Built March 1953 this is a 5.5x14" Leedy & Ludwig Broadway snare in a gold sparkle wrap. Mostly all original down to the tension rod washers. Aside from the heads and the wire string. Shows signs of use with scratches, scuffs and spots in the wrap. It has evenly faded to a lighter shade of gold. No bubbling and the seam is tight. Nickel over brass hoops and hardware have some scratches. Top hoop has some small dents. Interior and bearing edges are in great shape. Throw off, butt and muffler are 100% functioning.
