I have owned this Ludwig snare drum since about 1963.  The date stamp reads March 1937.  For parts and / or repair.  I have recently seen original hoops available for this drum on eBay.
I personally disassembled and cleaned each part.  I did not attempt to clean or refurbish the inside of the shell.  I will leave that up to the new owner.
What you see in the pictures is what you get.
Missing:
snare side hoop,
snare wires and
bottom  tension rods.
