Redwork Needlebook Hand Embroidered Sewing Gift The Gentle Art Flosses

A gift set with a needlebook featuring a row of daisy style flowers hand embroidered in redwork and two skeins of floss. Very nice for keeping your small hand-sewing notions intact while doing needlework or hand quilting.  These make nice gifts for crafting friends!
This needlebook was hand embroidered with red hand dyed cotton floss. The design was embroidered on a soft cream lightly printed floral pattern fabric, bordered with red floral fabric and coordinating floral fabric for the back. Fusible fleece was used for durability and the edges top stitched with a coordinating rayon sewing thread in variegated red shades. On the inside there is a red paisley style fabric for the lining.
The needlebook measures 6" x 4 1/4" when closed. There a piece of soft pink rayon/wool felt fabric with scalloped edges to put needles and pins. The needle case was made with care by me with quality materials.
This comes with two skeins of The Gentle Art hand dyed floss in Pomegranate and Gingershap.  Lovely floss to work with.
