vintage 1960s ROGERS DRUMS 15 inch Dynasonic drum 10 hole Tall Boy or Hi Hoop

Yee haw !!
A Rogers 15 inch rim from about 1961.
You are looking at a good used vintage ROGERS DRUMS 15 inch Tall Boy rim or High Hoop.
Chrome over steel
.   (American triple chrome plate, not that import chrome.)
The size is for 15 inch heads.
Ten holes for a ten lug drum.
Most likely it was on a DynaSonic marching drum in size 12x15.
Tall Hoops are usually seen on Rogers bread and butter drums (B&B) made before 1963 or 1964.
After that they weren't high anymore.
Year is about 1961, give or take a couple years.
This one is in fairly nice condition.
There are no cracks in the ear holes, like some have.
More good news is that it sits flat with no wobble on flat plate glass.
And it has never been steel wooled making those fine scratch lines that will not go away.
There are a couple of scuffs in a panel or two, of course.  It's almost 60 years old.
Photos show most of the flaws, and an ear hole, and some chrome closeups.
The chrome is clean and looks fairly good, but you can further detail it yourself.
This drum hoop has not been cleaned with steel wool, so that's good news.
I don't see those fine scratches that fine steel wool can make.
We never recommend steel wool, and we never use it.
And that is why.
If you need a good 15" Rogers Tall Boy high hoop, with ten holes, don’t miss out.
