Here is a vintage '60's Royal Star 14" x 5.5" 10-lug snare drum.  Red sparkle wrap.   Made in Japan by Star Drums (pre-TAMA).  Top of the line Star snare drum.   Complete and ready to tune and play.   Has Ludwig Rockers heads.  Muffler control knob has some damage but still works.   Needs a good cleaning and polishing.    Shipping to the USA is .00
